Shoji Blind

Blinds that offer a sight protection from outside without darkening the room completely – our shoji paper blinds make it possible.

It doesn‘t have to be old-fashioned curtains – with these blinds you create a classy sight protection. This blind is made out of thin bamboo slats covering a white synthetic fibre fleece. The traditional Japanese shojipaper served as a model for the fleece, it combines all positive characteristics: it is opaque but still translucid, appears to be very fine and is lightweight, so there is no need for a special mounting device. You can easily adjust the height of the blind with the pull cord and locking mechanism. The total length is 240cm – perfectly suitable for high windows, like in old buildings, as well as lower windows.

Hooks and dowels for mounting the blind to the wall or ceiling are included.

All models are 240cm in length.

Important notes

The blind can be adjusted in width (e.g. to 60cm). In length can not be adjusted since the wooden ending is attached firmly to the shoji paper. Just lock the blind at suitable height.
