How do we ship?

Your order will normally be sent by GLS parcel service. Very large orders are sent using a freight company.

How long does delivery take?

We will process your order right away. Your order is shipped within 3-7 days, depending on when we receive payment. On the average, delivery takes 4 business days after receipt of payment. We are trying to improve our logistics so that you can expect delivery in 48-72 hours.

Shipping charges?

Shipping charges depend on the size and weight of your total order and can be calculated once your order is complete.
There is an additional fee for delivery to German islands. This fee cannot be indicated during the ordering process, but can only be calculated once the order is complete. Orders totaling 1500,00 Euros or more are sent free of charge to any German address.

Our service partners are GLS and various freight carriers, depending on the weight and size of your order.

Important Notice

We do our best to ensure your order arrives in good condition. If your order is damaged during shipping, we will replace the damaged item(s) free of charge.
In such cases, we kindly request you to do the following:
Report the damaged parcel to the deliverer immediately.
Then inform Japanwelt about the damage. If you want to return the item(s), please email, fax, or call us. We appreciate your cooperation.
